SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Entry-level sales rep positions entail direct marketing of our shop-at-home food service,
a product that meets the demand for quality and convenience in today's changing
American lifestyles. Our people have the full support and proven marketing
techniques of AFF behind them, including ongoing sales training seminars
and company-generated appointments. Last year our Rookie-of-the-year earned over
$50,000 and is on track for $75,000 this year.
SALES MANAGER
Rapid growth provides management opportunities for qualified salespeople within the first year of employment. We expect managers to earn between $50,000 and $100,000.

INDEPENDENT SALES AGENT
INDEPENDENT SALES AGENT (ISA)
For those of you who have true entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with strong desire, discipline and determination, the Independent Sales Agent* program may be for you. Through the ISA program, we will guide and train you to be your own boss, marketing our food service. The risks are greater, and so are the rewards. The commission to ISA's is more than three times greater than to employee Sales Representatives - and there is very little up front investment. The catch? You will be in total control of your time and your income. In fact, although the ISA program is quite new, many ISA's are realistically expecting to generate over $200,000 in income for themselves during their first year of operation!
